Except for Paid Accounts, we reserve the right to terminate and delete your account if you haven’t accessed our Services for 12 consecutive months. We’ll provide you with notice via the email address associated with your account before doing so.

We may revise these Terms from time to time and will always post the most current version on our website. If a revision meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you (by, for example, sending a message to the email address associated with your account, posting on our blog, or on this page).

10. Refund Policy

A refund within 7 days of your purchase is supported:

1. If you are applying for a refund for the first time and your usage of credits is less than 10% of the monthly credits, we will refund you in full.

2. If you are applying for a refund for the first time and your credits have been used in excess of 10% of the monthly credits, we will refund half of your payment.

11. Uploaded Content and Data Retention

All images and files uploaded to our Service will be permanently removed from our servers within 6 hours. No one can access this data, and we do not use this data for model training.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
